Step-1 - If you are a beneficiary of Ayushman Yojana then you can download your card. For which you just have to go to its official website pmjay.gov.in. Then you have to enter your e-mail id and password to login here.
Step-2 - Then a new page will appear. Where note your 12 point Aadhaar number. Then verify your fingerprint and now click on Approved Beneficiary option.
Step-3 - You will then see a list of approved gold cards. Where you have to search your own name. Then you have to click on confirm print option. Now you have to register your password in CSC Wallet.
Step-4 - Now you have to enter your PIN and then go to the home page. After that, you will see the Ayushman card download option from the name of the cardholder. By clicking on which you can download this card.
